Gilbert Business Expansion Continues

There was a time when the changing landscape in Gilbert was just a small town with big ideas. I remember when Rivulon was just an idea – and a darn good one! This mixed-use office park has given businesses the opportunity to move to Gilbert, expanding the East Valley business opportunities past Chandler. This compliments the housing growth in the area which is a win-win for Gilbert.

  • Rivulon is Gilbert’s largest scale business park and it’s expanding. New Class A office space is available and filling quickly. They note on their website that there is a new traffic interchange at Lindsay and State Route 202, making it easier to commute to Gilbert.
  • Mercy Gilbert, located just off State Route 202 at Val Vista, is one of the major health systems in the area. Their capacity is expanding from 212 to 418 beds with the addition of the new Women’s and Children’s tower in December 2021.
  • Banner Gateway has hospitals in Mesa and Gilbert and both are expanding. Banner Gateway Gilbert is expanding by 351,000 square feet, effectively doubling its patient capacity with a new tower for diagnostic and treatment space. It is reported to be completed in 2024. .

Whether you’re seeking a place for your business to call home or for you to call home, the changing landscape in Gilbert has options opening now and in the future.
