Just wanted to send a note regarding what has been reported on most news outlets over the last several weeks.

On August 17,2024 the National Association of Realtors implemented significant and  mandatory policies for all Realtor members.  These policies change the way Realtor professionals interact with our clients and with each other.  Newman Realty is well versed in these changes.  We understand what prompted them and how they may impact Realtors and the public both positively and negatively.  We are prepared to walk our clients through their transactions with the same level of skill, care and confidence we always have.  Our commitment to an outstanding client experience remains.  Our commitment to providing leadership in our industry and in our community remains strong.   As always, we are here to help.
