Real Estate is a very competitive business.  Newly licensed agents are entering the industry in record numbers, joining an already saturated market.  After 15 years in the business I can tell you for a fact that experience matters when it comes to selecting your representative.   Having closed hundreds of transactions over the last several years I have learned through the experience of doing.
